# Sitch vs CommonAR

The clearest difference is rating: CommonAR at 5.0 against Sitch's 4.0. CommonAR also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). Sitch's advantage is ratings volume (2.5K vs 5) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sitch sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. CommonAR asks for nothing beyond the download.

CommonAR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sitch has 2.5K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sitch ships an update fortnightly, CommonAR weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
