# 闪念 vs SnapNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: SnapNote at every 6 days against 闪念's every 14 months. SnapNote also leads on device support and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 闪念 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SnapNote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

闪念 ships an update every 14 months, SnapNote every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 10, 2026.
