# Sterop vs Nutuk

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sterop at every 3 weeks against Nutuk's every 6 weeks. Nutuk's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sterop sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Nutuk sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sterop ships an update every 3 weeks, Nutuk every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
