# Fithive App vs Disruptive Nutrition

The clearest difference is update cadence: Disruptive Nutrition at every 3 weeks against Fithive App's every 6 months. Fithive App's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Fithive App against 5.0 for Disruptive Nutrition. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fithive App has 15 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fithive App ships an update every 6 months, Disruptive Nutrition every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
