# Overstock vs Wigs.com

Overstock and Wigs.com both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 82% of Wigs.com's written reviews are positive against 34% of Overstock's. Overstock's advantage is ratings volume (2.5K vs 237) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Overstock against 4.9 for Wigs.com. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Overstock has 2.5K ratings behind it against 237, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 34% of Overstock's written reviews are positive against 82% of Wigs.com's.

Overstock ships an update fortnightly, Wigs.com monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
