# Instacoach vs FlexCoach AI

The clearest difference is rating: FlexCoach AI at 5.0 against Instacoach's 4.8. Instacoach's advantage is ratings volume (60 vs 4) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Instacoach sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and FlexCoach AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlexCoach AI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Instacoach has 60 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
