# Airlearn vs Parrot

The clearest difference is monetization model: Airlearn at free with in-app purchases against Parrot's subscription. Airlearn also leads on review sentiment (82% vs 46%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Airlearn sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Parrot sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Airlearn against 4.7 for Parrot. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 47K and 17K respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 82% of Airlearn's written reviews are positive against 46% of Parrot's.

Airlearn ships an update every 5 days, Parrot weekly. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
