# PrincipleX vs 阿姨之星

The clearest difference is update cadence: 阿姨之星 at every 2 weeks against PrincipleX's every 3 weeks. 阿姨之星 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PrincipleX sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and 阿姨之星 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PrincipleX ships an update every 3 weeks, 阿姨之星 every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
