# BLS therapy vs Reset Metabólico

The clearest difference is update cadence: Reset Metabólico at every 2 weeks against BLS therapy's every 10 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BLS therapy sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $49.99 per year and Reset Metabólico sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BLS therapy ships an update every 10 months, Reset Metabólico every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
