# PKL™ vs Pickleballtv

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PKL™ at 100% against Pickleballtv's 29%. PKL™ also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.9) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 16 months). Pickleballtv's advantage is ratings volume (73 vs 7) and chart position (#198 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PKL™ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Pickleballtv sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PKL™ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pickleballtv has 73 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of PKL™'s written reviews are positive against 29% of Pickleballtv's.

PKL™ ships an update every 2 weeks, Pickleballtv every 16 months. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
