# WTBackup vs Chat PDF

The clearest difference is ads: Chat PDF at none against WTBackup's shown. Chat PDF also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). WTBackup's advantage is iOS requirement (17.2 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WTBackup sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Chat PDF sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
