# Fine Fettle vs Library Connection Mobile

The clearest difference is monetization model: Library Connection Mobile at free against Fine Fettle's free with in-app purchases. Library Connection Mobile also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.4). Fine Fettle's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 5) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Library Connection Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fine Fettle has 1.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fine Fettle ships an update every 3 weeks, Library Connection Mobile every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
