# Jack's BBQ vs Burgermaster Rewards

The clearest difference is update cadence: Burgermaster Rewards at fortnightly against Jack's BBQ's every 15 months. Burgermaster Rewards also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 105). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Burgermaster Rewards holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Burgermaster Rewards has 1K ratings behind it against 105, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Jack's BBQ's written reviews are positive against 70% of Burgermaster Rewards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Jack's BBQ ships an update every 15 months, Burgermaster Rewards fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
