# Text to Speech vs SnapTab

The clearest difference is update cadence: SnapTab at every 2 weeks against Text to Speech's monthly. SnapTab also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Text to Speech sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and SnapTab sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
