# Word Cards vs Canvas

The clearest difference is ads: Word Cards at none against Canvas's shown. Canvas's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
