# Bounds vs Assertr

The clearest difference is update cadence: Assertr at every 8 days against Bounds's every 2 months. Assertr also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bounds sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Assertr sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
