# Bee vs Dots Agent

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Dots Agent at 100% against Bee's 61%. Dots Agent also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.6). Bee's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bee sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and Dots Agent sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dots Agent holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bee has 3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 61% of Bee's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dots Agent's.

Bee ships an update every 3 days, Dots Agent every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
