# Ideal Gym! vs Ramen Joint

The clearest difference is rating: Ideal Gym! at 4.7 against Ramen Joint's 1.0. Ideal Gym! also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8) and ratings volume (62 vs 2). Ramen Joint's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ramen Joint sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Ideal Gym! asks for nothing beyond the download.

Ideal Gym! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ideal Gym! has 62 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 0% and 0% positive.

Ideal Gym! ships an update every 2 weeks, Ramen Joint every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
