# HexaGo vs Hexa Color Sorting Puzzle

HexaGo and Hexa Color Sorting Puzzle both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 60% of Hexa Color Sorting Puzzle's written reviews are positive against 38% of HexaGo's. Hexa Color Sorting Puzzle also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HexaGo sells 15 one-off in-app purchases and Hexa Color Sorting Puzzle sells 23 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HexaGo holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5.3K and 4.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of HexaGo's written reviews are positive against 60% of Hexa Color Sorting Puzzle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HexaGo ships an update every 3 weeks, Hexa Color Sorting Puzzle every 11 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
