# StepBloc vs Scrollift

StepBloc and Scrollift both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Scrollift's written reviews are positive against 65% of StepBloc's. StepBloc's advantage is ratings volume (493 vs 17). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StepBloc sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Scrollift sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for StepBloc against 4.6 for Scrollift. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StepBloc has 493 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 65% of StepBloc's written reviews are positive against 100% of Scrollift's.

StepBloc ships an update weekly, Scrollift every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
