# amu vs Graph Paper Pro

The clearest difference is rating: amu at 5.0 against Graph Paper Pro's 4.1. amu also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Graph Paper Pro's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 40%) and ratings volume (14 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. amu sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and Graph Paper Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

amu holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Graph Paper Pro has 14 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of amu's written reviews are positive against 67% of Graph Paper Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

amu ships an update every 2 weeks, Graph Paper Pro every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
