# Patrol+ vs Finest Command

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Patrol+ at none against Finest Command's 3. Patrol+ also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (27 vs 3). Finest Command's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Finest Command sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Patrol+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Finest Command holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Patrol+ has 27 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Patrol+ ships an update every 2 months, Finest Command weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
