# Couch App vs Massuz

The clearest difference is ads: Couch App at none against Massuz's shown. Massuz's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Couch App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.00 per month and Massuz sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Couch App ships an update every 2 months, Massuz every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
