# Pizza Maker vs Spell Dash

The clearest difference is rating: Pizza Maker at 4.8 against Spell Dash's 3.0. Pizza Maker also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pizza Maker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Spell Dash sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pizza Maker holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pizza Maker has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pizza Maker ships an update fortnightly, Spell Dash weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
