# Flight Tracker vs Street View

The clearest difference is rating: Flight Tracker at 3.3 against Street View's 2.8. Street View's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (52 vs 4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Flight Tracker holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Street View has 52 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Flight Tracker's written reviews are positive against 11% of Street View's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flight Tracker ships an update weekly, Street View every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
