# EarEase vs YimturmCam

The clearest difference is rating: EarEase at 5.0 against YimturmCam's 1.8. EarEase also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). YimturmCam's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EarEase holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YimturmCam has 21 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EarEase ships an update monthly, YimturmCam fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
