# HLTHYher vs GLP

The clearest difference is ads: HLTHYher at none against GLP's shown. HLTHYher also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HLTHYher sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $30.00 per month and GLP sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HLTHYher ships an update fortnightly, GLP every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 5, 2026.
