# Stopwatch vs Multiple timers

The clearest difference is ads: Multiple timers at none against Stopwatch's shown. Multiple timers also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 24 months). Stopwatch's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stopwatch sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Multiple timers sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stopwatch ships an update every 24 months, Multiple timers every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
