# Pocket Counter Pro vs TryAI

The clearest difference is rating: Pocket Counter Pro at 4.7 against TryAI's 3.7. TryAI's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pocket Counter Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 3 months and TryAI sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pocket Counter Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Pocket Counter Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of TryAI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pocket Counter Pro ships an update monthly, TryAI every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
