# OpoTrain vs Test

The clearest difference is update cadence: Test at weekly against OpoTrain's every 6 months. OpoTrain's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OpoTrain sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Test sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OpoTrain ships an update every 6 months, Test weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
