# Gymaholic vs My Workout Plan Daily Tracker

The clearest difference is ads: Gymaholic at none against My Workout Plan Daily Tracker's shown. Gymaholic also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (3.5K vs 348). My Workout Plan Daily Tracker's advantage is iOS requirement (16.2 vs 27.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gymaholic sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and My Workout Plan Daily Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Workout Plan Daily Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gymaholic has 3.5K ratings behind it against 348, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Gymaholic's written reviews are positive against 62% of My Workout Plan Daily Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gymaholic ships an update every 10 days, My Workout Plan Daily Tracker monthly. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
