# Gymaholic vs 1% ToDay

The clearest difference is update cadence: 1% ToDay at every 3 days against Gymaholic's every 10 days. 1% ToDay also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 27.0). Gymaholic's advantage is device support (5 vs 2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gymaholic sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and 1% ToDay sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gymaholic ships an update every 10 days, 1% ToDay every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
