# Charitybuzz vs Heritage Auctions

The clearest difference is rating: Heritage Auctions at 4.8 against Charitybuzz's 3.8. Heritage Auctions also leads on ratings volume (5K vs 55). Charitybuzz's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Heritage Auctions holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Heritage Auctions has 5K ratings behind it against 55, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Charitybuzz's written reviews are positive against 60% of Heritage Auctions's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Charitybuzz ships an update every 3 weeks, Heritage Auctions every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
