# Charitybuzz vs AuctionZip

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Charitybuzz at 68% against AuctionZip's 24%. Charitybuzz also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). AuctionZip's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (677 vs 55). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AuctionZip holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AuctionZip has 677 ratings behind it against 55, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Charitybuzz's written reviews are positive against 24% of AuctionZip's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Charitybuzz ships an update every 3 weeks, AuctionZip every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
