# Danale IoT vs Hisee SE

The clearest difference is rating: Hisee SE at 2.7 against Danale IoT's 2.0. Hisee SE also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Danale IoT's advantage is ratings volume (517 vs 15). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hisee SE holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Danale IoT has 517 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Danale IoT's written reviews are positive against 3% of Hisee SE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
