# Videon vs ACDSee Camera Pro

The clearest difference is rating: ACDSee Camera Pro at 4.2 against Videon's 2.9. Videon's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and price ($4.99 vs $5.99). On review sentiment, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Videon costs $4.99 and ACDSee Camera Pro $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ACDSee Camera Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 58 and 22 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Videon's written reviews are positive against 70% of ACDSee Camera Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
