# ProProfs Project vs My Optimum

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ProProfs Project at 57% against My Optimum's 10%. ProProfs Project also leads on device support (3 vs 1). My Optimum's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (96K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

My Optimum holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Optimum has 96K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of ProProfs Project's written reviews are positive against 10% of My Optimum's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ProProfs Project ships an update every 10 months, My Optimum monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
