Who paid the electricity bill? Who's buying milk? Who's booking the flat for the trip? CrewPlan is the app for your crews: your flatmates, the two of you as a couple, your family, friends or travel group. Shared costs, shopping list, to-dos and meal plan in one app instead of ten group chats. ►SPLIT COSTS, STAY FRIENDS Rent, bills, the weekly shop or the holiday kitty: add an expense, choose how to split it, and CrewPlan instantly works out who owes whom. Settle up with one tap. No spreadsheets, no guessing, no forgetting. ►ONE SHOPPING LIST FOR EVERYONE Everyone adds to the same list, and CrewPlan sorts items into categories as you type. Whoever is at the shop sees right away what's missing. ►SHARE TASKS FAIRLY Create to-dos, assign them and tick them off together. Whether it's "Clean the bathroom", "Pay the rent" or "Book the hotel": everyone knows who does what. ►YOUR WEEKLY MEAL PLAN Plan together what's for dinner this week. The whole week at a glance, and "What are we eating tonight?" is sorted. ►TRIPS AND EVENTS Holiday, city break, stag or hen do, or game night: with an itinerary, packing list, polls and countdown, your crew has everything in one place. ►ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS IN ONE PLACE Tenancy agreement, receipts or tickets: private or shared with the whole crew. No more scrolling through the group chat. ►ONE DASHBOARD PER CREW Pick a category like flatmates, couple, family or holiday, and CrewPlan sets up the right dashboard. Add widgets like shopping list, meal planner, polls, announcements or packing list at any time. ►MANY CREWS, ONE APP Join as many crews as you like and switch between flatmates, family and travel group with one tap. ►JOIN IN SECONDS Share an invite link or enter the 6-character code. Done. CrewPlan is free. Pro gives you unlimited crews and members, detailed spending statistics, advanced polls, more file storage and more.
