# Along vs eDryv

The clearest difference is rating: eDryv at 4.8 against Along's 3.0. eDryv also leads on ratings volume (92 vs 2). Along's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

eDryv holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: eDryv has 92 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Along ships an update every 10 days, eDryv monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
