# ArcadeMania vs Legacy Bot Controller

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ArcadeMania at none against Legacy Bot Controller's 9. ArcadeMania also leads on review sentiment (74% vs 50%) and ratings volume (122 vs 16). Legacy Bot Controller's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Legacy Bot Controller sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. ArcadeMania asks for nothing beyond the download.

Legacy Bot Controller holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ArcadeMania has 122 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of ArcadeMania's written reviews are positive against 50% of Legacy Bot Controller's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ArcadeMania ships an update monthly, Legacy Bot Controller every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
