# Fable vs Casper Buzz

The clearest difference is rating: Casper Buzz at 5.0 against Fable's 4.4. Casper Buzz also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Fable's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fable sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Casper Buzz sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Casper Buzz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fable has 56 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fable ships an update weekly, Casper Buzz every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
