Rent, card bills, insurance, subscriptions — do you know which account each one comes out of, and when? Hikiotoshi shows every upcoming debit by date, amount, and account, so you can set money aside before payday — not after a bounced payment. No ads. No account. Your data stays on your device. ■ See what each account needs this month • Add card bills and direct debits, plus recurring payments like rent • Each account shows how much still needs to be there • A calendar shows the debit total for every day ■ Mark it funded — and hear about anything new • Tap an account to mark it “Funded” once the money is in • If a new bill lands after that, it shows “+$65.00 after funding” and sends a notification • Optional reminders a few days before each debit ■ Yen and dollars, together • Accounts and payments can be in dollars (USD) or yen (JPY) • Mixed totals are converted with an exchange rate you set (Pro updates it automatically) ■ Price went up? Your history stays • Change a recurring payment “from the next payment” and past months keep the old amount • Pausing a payment keeps its past debits on record ■ A little guide • A friendly character tells you what to do next — or turn it off in Settings • Dark Mode, Face ID app lock, and backup & restore for moving to a new iPhone ■ Widgets for your Home and Lock Screen • See the days until your next debit and how each account stands, without opening the app • Tap the button on a widget to mark an account funded • Amounts on the Lock Screen are hidden by default ■ Made for iPhone Duo, ready for AI • Open iPhone Duo and the calendar shows this month and next side by side. Tap a day to see its debits on the other page • Copy your bills in a format you can paste into an AI chat (current subscriptions and this month’s payments). Card and account names can be hidden ■ Pro (one-time purchase) • Duplicate past payments to save typing • Monthly check: this month’s total, change from last month, and accounts not funded yet • 12-month outlook with a chart • CSV export • Copy for AI, all ranges: past history, custom dates, upcoming months, and memos • Automatic exchange rate updates ■ Themes (one-time purchase, sold separately) • Five extra looks: Graphite, Sakura, Ledger, Terminal, Mono Exchange rates are estimates and may differ from your card issuer’s rate and fees.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Hikiotoshi at none against ExpenseTracking's shown. Hikiotoshi also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months). ExpenseTracking's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
