# Battle Alchemist vs Samawa Idle

The clearest difference is rating: Battle Alchemist at 4.7 against Samawa Idle's 3.4. Samawa Idle's advantage is review sentiment (41% vs 8%) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Battle Alchemist sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Samawa Idle sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Battle Alchemist holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 68 and 25 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of Battle Alchemist's written reviews are positive against 41% of Samawa Idle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Battle Alchemist ships an update fortnightly, Samawa Idle every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
