# HTTPS Guard vs Tryal

The clearest difference is rating: Tryal at 5.0 against HTTPS Guard's 4.5. Tryal also leads on ads (none vs shown). HTTPS Guard's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (217 vs 1). On price, monetization model, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tryal sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. HTTPS Guard asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tryal holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HTTPS Guard has 217 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
