# Scarlet AI vs BuilderBUILDER PRO

The clearest difference is monetization model: BuilderBUILDER PRO at free against Scarlet AI's subscription. BuilderBUILDER PRO also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 84%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Scarlet AI's advantage is ratings volume (257 vs 23). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scarlet AI sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and BuilderBUILDER PRO sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BuilderBUILDER PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scarlet AI has 257 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 84% of Scarlet AI's written reviews are positive against 100% of BuilderBUILDER PRO's.

Scarlet AI ships an update weekly, BuilderBUILDER PRO every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
