# Marie Forleo vs IGDB

The clearest difference is monetization model: IGDB at free against Marie Forleo's free with in-app purchases. Marie Forleo's advantage is ratings volume (137 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Marie Forleo against 5.0 for IGDB. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Marie Forleo has 137 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Marie Forleo ships an update weekly, IGDB every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
