# Hidden Express Go! vs Spooky Express

The clearest difference is ads: Spooky Express at none against Hidden Express Go!'s shown. Spooky Express also leads on update cadence (daily vs weekly) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hidden Express Go! sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Spooky Express sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Spooky Express holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 175 and 89 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Hidden Express Go!'s written reviews are positive against 67% of Spooky Express's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hidden Express Go! ships an update weekly, Spooky Express daily. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
