# TeraTV vs Diskwala

The clearest difference is rating: Diskwala at 2.6 against TeraTV's 1.3. Diskwala also leads on ratings volume (139 vs 3). TeraTV's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (25% vs 6%). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Diskwala sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. TeraTV asks for nothing beyond the download.

Diskwala holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Diskwala has 139 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of TeraTV's written reviews are positive against 6% of Diskwala's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TeraTV ships an update every 3 weeks, Diskwala fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
