# UT Create! vs Tier

The clearest difference is review sentiment: UT Create! at 73% against Tier's 0%. UT Create! also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UT Create! sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Tier sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
