Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AlcoCalculator Offline at 3.0 against Резерв+'s 2.2. Резерв+'s advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (58 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
AlcoCalculator Offline holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Резерв+ has 58 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Резерв+'s written reviews are positive against 0% of AlcoCalculator Offline's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Резерв+ ships an update every 3 weeks, AlcoCalculator Offline every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
